I’d like to think of myself as opaque. Hopefully some light is shining through me despite my flaws. I’ve been writing poetry for almost 30 years; lost a lot of material along the way. I started blogging here at wordpress in order to retain some of my poems *indefinitely. I also created my blog as a step toward becoming published. All of my works are original though they may have varying influences. My writing is unquestionably cathartic. I’ve experienced a lot of trauma during the past few years. I went through some major life changes and have begun to recognize myself as… not entirely my own. I’m definitely open to suggestions regarding the style of my page; some criticism is grand.
